Simonian & Murray has many years of experience closing residential and commercial loans for banks, mortgage companies and investors. We represent lenders and borrowers for residential and commercial real estate closings throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Maine.

We have a highly trained and experienced staff and provide all required services on a moderate fixed rate basis.  We also closely monitor the costs of third party suppliers in the servicing process.  Our references will attest to the superior quality of services which our office consistently provides.

We presently represent a number of banks and mortgage companies for whom we are actively providing loan closings and related real estate services.  References will be provided upon request.

All loan closings are attended to personally by one of the attorneys or by one of the real estate paralegals under their direct supervision.
