Title Services

We do not rely on third parties for title services.  Our in-house title company, Court Title & Abstract Company, provides prompt and accurate title services for all closings at modest rates.

We are agents of and authorized to write direct title policies for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and CATIC.  A copy of their closing protection letter, as well as a copy of our E&O Declaration Page can be forwarded upon request.

Our Title Examiner, Mary E. Soloperto, has over 35 years experience.
